You can also fulfill compliance requirements by applying Microsoft Retention Labels - all in a single step when you drag and drop content into SharePoint or Teams.
- Classify: harmon.ie helps you classify emails by extending SharePoint metadata to email. This way, content from Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams can be easily found.
- Discover: harmon.ie makes it easy to quickly search and locate important emails and documents. Discover content using search, filters, favorite locations, and views. With search by metadata, it is now possible to see related information across multiple locations, in a single screen.
- Share: Instead of sending file attachments, harmon.ie shares document links, which are more secure and easier to manage. Emails and documents are shared in context and Team members are notified automatically, so everyone stays up to date while being kept in the loop.
Software requirements
The required software components for harmon.ie are:

System requirements
harmon.ie requires the same system requirements as Microsoft Office Outlook.
harmon.ie matches your Office Theme, and supports dark mode themes and high contrast mode. Restart Outlook to reflect changes in theme.
