As co-founder of harmon.ie Yaacov Cohen is a driving force for humanizing technology. David is a veteran high-tech marketing and product executive, having served with a variety of companies in the enterprise software, mobile, data security, and data networking fields.  Prior to harmon.ie, David was VP Marketing and Product Strategy at WorkLight (acquired by IBM), at V-Secure (acquired by Radware), and at Business Layers (acquired by Netegrity), where he was also a co-founder.

 David holds a MA in Science, Technology, and Society (STS), where his research explored the impact of email on information overload in organizations. He also holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Physics. David is an International Scholar for the Society for the History of Technology. David is a frequent contributor to business and tech press focusing on how business and people are impacted by new technologies; he has been published in the Financial Times, Business Week, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and other leading press outlets. He is a founding member of the Humanizing the Digital Workplace Consortium.

Yael brings more than 15 years of finance experience to harmon.ie. Initially having served as Controller for three years and Director of Finance for another eight years, Yael became harmon.ie CFO in 2018. Prior to harmon.ie, Yael served as Assistant Controller for Perrigo and was a senior auditor for PWC. 

Yael is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated Cum Laude from Tel-Aviv University with a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting.

Ron Johnsen is a veteran in the high technology industry. He is responsible for driving harmon.ie's customer-centric methodology by building a world-class customer services organization and working with our customers to define best-practices to ensure their successful implementations of harmon.ie.

Since joining harmon.ie in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager, Ron advanced to harmon.ie's Director of Services in January 2001. He became Vice President in April 2003. Prior to joining harmon.ie, Ron worked for Synopsys Corporation where he held several positions in Product Development, Technical Marketing and Application Engineering.
