harmon.ie for Outlook is grayed out and inaccessible

Issue:

harmon.ie for Outlook add-in is grayed out and inaccessible after updating Office 2016.

Cause:

Microsoft released an update for Office 2016 where Dynamic DPI settings (optimizations for multiple monitor displays) cause the harmon.ie add-in to be incorrectly displayed.

Resolution:

harmon.ie 6.7.2 automatically resolves this issue.

To manually fix this issue:

1. In Outlook, click File > Options.
2. In the General tab > User Interface options, check the radio button Optimize for compatibility.
3. Restart Outlook.

Alternatively, this issue can be fixed via the registry editor:

1. Launch the registry editor (regedit.exe).
2. Locate the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options.
3. Add a new DWORD Value called RenderForMonitorDpi and set its data to 0.
